There are two Made To Order items available on my site right now (the hammered rings and twist rings) I make these special each time! So please know it takes me about one week to make. Please add one week to your expected transit time! Your handmade wearable art will then be on the way!
Return Policy
PLEASE READ the shop listing thoroughly, I work very hard to make my listings as clear as they can be. Ring sizes and necklace lengths are listed with the item for sale. I do NOT do returns or exchanges for an item purchased that was the wrong size (i.e. rings.)
My top priority is to make my customers happy and become return customers! I will work with you but am going to avoid returns. Please know your ring size before purchasing.
Jewelry Care
Handmade jewelry is a form of art and should be treated as such! Please do not wear your jewelry in the shower, ocean, pool, etc. This over exposure to water can damage and tarnish both the metals and stones. Also do not wear while applying lotions or hand creams as those can also tarnish the metal and damage the stones. Avoid harsh commercial jewelry cleaners and solutions as they are too harsh on the metal and will remove any patina. Fun fact - they can also damage the more porous stones e.g. turquoise, opal, malachite and coral! (I do not work with opal, it is a PITA to care for - just a fun fact for you!)
Please clean your jewelry only with the polishing cloth provided. If your jewelry does get dirty, you can use a soft bristle toothbrush and brush it clean. You can also use warm soapy water.
Repairs
Please contact me via email with photos if your piece becomes damaged. Please note depending on the damage, there will a cost for both time and materials.
(These babies are built to last so this shouldn't be an issue, just have to throw it in there ;))
